Huayee Australia ships compact construction equipment, parts and accessories Australia-wide from our Newcastle, NSW base.

Lead times. Stock items dispatch within 3 business days of cleared payment. Special-order machines and parts ship from the Huayee factory and typically take 30–60 days depending on model and current production. We confirm a target dispatch date with every order.

Freight. Machines are delivered by specialist heavy-equipment freight carriers. Parts and small accessories are sent via standard parcel courier. Delivery times vary by destination — generally 2–5 business days from dispatch within metro areas, longer for regional and remote locations.

Freight quotes. Freight is quoted per order based on machine size, destination postcode and access requirements. The freight quote is included in your order confirmation before payment is taken.

Receiving your machine. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure suitable site access and unloading equipment are available on the delivery date. Please inspect machines on arrival and notify us of any visible transit damage within 24 hours.

Pickup. Pickup from Newcastle can be arranged by appointment. Contact us to confirm.
